1. What is PARCELONA?

Parcelona is the online courier service designed for easy sending shipments anywhere within the Czech Republic, Slovakia and abroad.


2. Who is this service for?

Parcelona is intended for all individuals as well as for legal entities (E-shops, companies, etc.) which need to send a consignment from point A to point B.


3. What are the benefits?

Parcelona has several benefits because of which it is worthwhile to use it.
- You don`t have to go anywhere, courier picks up a parcel right in your place
- Whole process is online without any physical waiting in row
- Speed and flexibility
- Saved time and financial costs


4. How much will I pay for sending a parcel?

5. How can I pay? What are payment options?

You can pay as follows:
- Bank transfer payment
- Online debit card payment (in progress)
- Cash on delivery


6. Can I send a parcel also to foreign countries?

Yes, with PARCELONA you can easily send your consignment also to foreign countries. If your pickup or delivery place is not listed please contact us by phone or e-mail . We will try to send You a separate offer.


7. What should I do if I want to send several packages at once?

In case You want to send more than one parcel at once please specify this requirement in the order. It is not necessary to fulfill each order separately.


8. When will parcel be delivered?

By default, the consignment within one country is being delivered next working day after the courier pickup date (i.e. within 24 hours from the pickup date), for consignment to foreign countries it usually takes 2-4 working days after the courier pickup date (i.e. 48-96 hours from the pickup date) . In that case the total delivery time depends on service type.


9. What are the maximum permitted dimensions of the consignment?

One consignment may consist of an unlimited number of packages. The maximum weight of normal package is 100 kg and maximum dimensions of one package are:
Length - 270 cm
The sum of the circumference and length = max. 330 cm
In case You want to send oversized package (more than 100 kg) please contact us separately.


10. What to do in case of damage of the consignment?

In case of parcel damage/loss, the authorized take-over person is obliged to draw up a Report on the Damage by the presence of the courier. Please, find more detailed information about claim possibilities in our Terms & Conditions section.
